He is licensed to practice law in the provinces of British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. He was called to the Bar in Canada in 2023. He has also been a member in good standing of the Nigerian Bar Association since 2013.

Bolanle practices Canadian immigration law, employment law, consumer rights claims, and personal injury claims. He helps his clients navigate the ever-complex web of labour and immigration law in the Provinces of British Columbia and Ontario. With his background managing one of Canada’s largest Temporary Foreign Workers Program, Bolanle's knowledge of Canadian immigration rules is deep, and his understanding of the many immigration streams, pathways, and programs is the kind of experience you want handling your case.

He is also a corporate and transaction lawyer with extensive experience advising multimillion-dollar business enterprises on corporate structure, corporate governance, business combinations, commercial law, dispute resolution, and litigation. His work has taken him through several sectors including media and broadcasting, agriculture, finance, commodities, and export business. Bolanle is passionate about the law and getting his clients the right perspective and tools, they need to help their businesses succeed. He has acted as in-house counsel for a major agricultural chain in Africa, where he rose to become Group, Legal Counsel.

He holds membership in several professional bodies. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, and Law Society of Ontario, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) Nigeria, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), a member of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria (CIN), a member of the Young International Arbitration Group of the London Court of International Arbitration, and a member of the Young ICCA of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration among others.

He is a didactic poet who loves educating young people. He is happily and contently married and has two beautiful daughters.
